Ordinarily, the flashest peeps on the streets of Auckland are the young Asian students and Chinese tourists, but there’s the occasional fashion-forward, rules-be-damned New Zealand female whose edgier wardrobe choices make her stand out among the sea of 9-to-5 office workers and retail clerks on a central Auckland summer day:

The city’s bankers and businessmen play a different kind of sharp-dressed game when they step out for weekday lunch breaks in their slim, tailored suits and french cuffs.
It can be like a bespoke parade some days.
